XMET 5000 / XMET 5100

XMET 5000 and XMET 5100 energy dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (XRF)

analyzer are equipped with Empirical Calibration which ensure accurate

realtime results of element qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Top of the range X-MET 5100 combines Oxford Instruments groundbreaking Silicon Draft Detector (SDD) with a powerful 45kV X-ray tube which provide significant accuracy improvement, much better limit of detection and delivers a five time faster measurement speed. XMET 5100 analyzes an element from Mg (12) to U (92) while XMET 5000, the conventional unit gives result from Ti (22) to U (92).

XRF Analyzer can be used for many applications,such as PMI Testing, Scrap Sorting, Mining Product Testing, RoHS Testing, Toy Safety Testing and Checking Hazardous Element in Soil.

XMET in PMI Testing and Scrap Sorting provides a valuable tools to produce alloying element concentration as well as alloy grade in different types of metal such as, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, Nickel Alloy, Cobalt Alloy, Copper Alloy, Titanium Alloy, Aluminium Alloy and Zirconium Alloy.
