extended wavelength range assures precise identification and
trace analysis of important elements.
Engineered for high performance and reliability, the new FOUNDRY-MASTER PRO with it’s innovative optical system and extended wavelength range assures precise identification and trace analysis of important elements, such as: N in steel and P in aluminium.
Proprietary detector and read-out technology, developed specifically for spectroscopy applications, out perform conventional photo tube based systems, positioning FOUNDRY-MASTER PRO as the system of choice for metal manufacturers, processors and the foundry industry.
A unique sample stand, proven jet-stream technology and a superior plasma oscillator ensure straightforward and precise analysis. Sample geometries, from large semi-finished products to tiny wires present few challenges.
Ease-of-use and simplicity differentiate the FOUNDRY-MASTER PRO. The intuitive user interface and numerous customer driven features conspire to make life simple. Compact, robust and reliable, the high-precision FOUNDRY-MASTER PRO can be used in any location.

FOUNDRY MASTER UV
The FOUNDRY-MASTER UV is a reliable, precise laboratory spectrometer for the qualitative and quantitative element analysis of metallic samples. The high-resolution Multi-CCD-Optic utilises a traditional, robust, vacuum technology chamber. The optic range covers the complete wavelength range of 160 nm to 810 nm.
The vacuum technology is essentially maintenance-free and has significantly lower operating costs than alternative inert gas purged systems. The FOUNDRY-MASTER UV is equipped with the unique WAS Jet- Stream Technology. The electrode is encapsulated in a flow of argon, providing two key benefits, reduced Argon consumption and the sample does not need to completely seal the spark stand opening. Tubes, bars and even wires can be directly analysed, using only one universal adapter.
The FOUNDRY-MASTER UV can be upgraded with new calibration modules at any time and without expensive and time consuming modifications. The FOUNDRY-MASTER UV is capable to measure Fe, Co, Ni, Al, Cu, Zn, Ti, Mg, Sn, Pb alloy.
